How much rain fell in Middle Tennessee after rounds of severe weather? See the latest totals in your area

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Rain totals from multiple rounds of severe weather, which began Wednesday and finally dissipated Sunday, varied by several inches across Middle Tennessee.

According to the National Weather Service, the storm system produced widespread flooding, with some areas receiving more than 10 inches of rain.

In Clarksville, crews evacuated dozens of people as the excess of rainfall began to affect low-lying areas. The weather service reported out of the city's top 11 one-day rainfall totals, six of them have occurred within the past 12 months.

In addition to several inches of rain, officials said the dayslong storm system also produced tornadoes in Humphreys and Wilson counties.
